Homads Has a House for Rent

This listing is a mid term rental (30 days or longer) on https://homads.com/. This has been my home for the last 3 years and I really do love it. It is adorable, comfortable and updated with lots of natural light during the day. The main living area is open concept with high vaulted ceilings. The master suite has a walk-in closet and fully renovated en-suite bathroom with a beautiful shower. The guest bedroom on the first floor has French doors that open into a twin bed with a hanging chair to comfortable read the night away in. The kitchen is recently updated and the washer and dryer are located on the main level next to the kitchen but in its own room. The basement is also an open concept living area with space as an office. The third bedroom is comfortably private in the basement with its own bathroom. There is heat and a gas fireplace for cooler days and central AC for those hot summer days. Monthly housekeeping is also provided to keep the house in tip top shape. The neighbors are incredibly kind and will look out for you and the park is right around the corner.
