David Has an Apartment for Rent

My apartment is right in the heart of midtown Manhattan. It features a private room with shared bath and kitchen. Convenient to celebrated NYC attractions such as the Empire State Building, Times Square and Broadway shows, Herald Square, Penn Station, Port Authority, Grand Central, shops and much more. My home (yes I live there too in my own section) is a good size with a private bedroom for guests with a full sized bed, night stand with a drawer and shelves, a small desk and chair for working, plenty of closet space and an ottoman for sitting as well as for additional storage. There is 1 shared bathroom in the apartment and guests are free to use the sitting area as well. The kitchen is also available to guests. Feel free to use it for storing or preparing vegan foods only. Please - no animal-based items (i.e. no animal flesh, dairy, eggs, honey) in the kitchen or in the apartment. $80 a night. $1000 for 1 month.
