Nikky Has a House for Rent

A bright single bedroom is available in a spacious family home located in a quiet, friendly neighbourhood within walking distance of train stations and bus routes. We are looking for a non-smoking lodgers, preferably female who are clean, considerate, and respectful. A cat lover would be ideal, as the home is shared with a very friendly family cat. The house is owned by a warm and welcoming mum who lives with her two daughters—one currently at university (away most of the year) and the other working full-time.
