To: Parents, Guardians, Students We have 4 bedrooms in the upper level of my home, available for September 1, 2025. Our home is smoke and drug free. We are situated in a quiet, clean, safe, and multicultural neighbourhood in Welland, Ontario. We are close to all major transit systems (Welland, Niagara Falls, St. Catherines). We are close to grocery stores, plazas, schools, gyms, beaches, libraries, and nature trails. Niagara College is 13 minutes away by car, 17 minutes away from Brock University, outlet shopping malls 30 minutes away. 30 minutes away from the Fallsview. The rooms are modern and have natural lighting on every side with big windows. They are clean, comfortable with a keyed door entry. 3 of 4 bedrooms are unfurnished. Bedroom#1 Master bedroom, unfurnished his & her closets, double vanity in an ensuite private bathroom, with private balcony. Bedroom#2 furnished, closet, desk, chair, dresser with mirror, end table, and single bed. Bedroom# 3 unfurnished, closet, big window with coverings and can fit a full-size bed nicely. Bedroom#4 also unfurnished , extra big closet and room, window with covering, closest to the shared full bathroom. Shared space amenities include - Shared kitchen with dishwasher, 2 barstools, kitchen table with two chairs, couch/futon, shared main floor laundry, 1/2 bath main level, shared full bathroom upper level (for tenants in room 2,3 & 4), shared front entry. WIFI internet & utilities included, iron, and shared coat closet. The upkeep are the tenant’s responsibility. You have access to the backyard. Meals are not included. There is an alarm system connected to exterior entrance to house. 2 parking spots are available on the driveway for an extra cost monthly of 75$. There is no access to the garage. Fans will be provided for the warmer weather. There is a shovel and lawnmower for outside maintenance. Property manager available and will oversee monthly maintenance. We are an outgoing, fun, and friendly 7th Generation Afro-Canadian born family. We want you to be comfortable in our home. Your visit with us will be a positive and memorable experience. Filled with a family environment and Canadian culture. No overnight guests or parties are permitted. Minimum of 2 weeks notice is appreciated when planning to vacate the home.
