This apartment is the cleanest, nicest deal in the area. Your Perks: Heat control: Become the thermostat king/queen of your room. Gym nearby: 3-minute walk to a gym. It’s bigger and cleaner than other gyms within a 30-minute radius! Classes, pools, saunas, and privacy, like a spa but with more sweat, with towel service too. Unlimited heat: Your room will feel like a toasty winter wonderland. (Because who wants to pay for heat in winter?) Super clean environment: As someone with allergies, I take cleanliness seriously, so please keep your outside shoes outside (bring your slippers). I don't leave out messes and expect the same in shared areas. Kitchen: You get 50% of the cabinet space — because I’m more into meal prepping than culinary experiments. Free Parking: This is for your car, not for random out-of-towners. You’ll get a resident parking sticker. Parking is not much of an issue because the town tickets those staying overnight. Streaming TV: Not offering sports channels (sorry, sports fans), but you can watch your Netflix account or Prime and stream your life away. Utilities: Approx. $28/month No smoking of any kind (inside or outside), no potent-smelling foods (I’m allergic to a lot of stuff).
