We are looking for a professionally working male only, clean, well organized, to rent out our spare bedroom Private bathroom with occasionally guest use only, Price includes the follow Water and heat Ac on summer Bathroom Cleaning once or twice a week , including tub. You must like pets as You will be sharing our home with our puppy tea cup Pomeranian well trained. This place is ideal for profesional males working away and staying in the city for spare time. We are both professionally working, we like to keep our place nice and neat all the time. We expect the same. The room will be coming with bed, bedsheets, small tv, and mirror ready for you to settle. We prefer someone who could be quiet, non smoker, and funny and easy going. We like to travel too and hikes so if your down for those we are always ready to make good adventures with new people and friends Full kitchen to use, Living room space with dinning table.
