Hi The Studio Our studio is a self-contained unit with a separate entrance to the main house. The studio is newly built and very modern. There are two single beds, a double wardrobe and two desks. There is also a dining table and chairs. The studio has its own bathroom and shower. The kitchenette has a microwave, cooker hob, air-fryer, fridge, washing machine and dryer. The studio is cosy and warm with electric radiators and Wi-Fi. The Location The Studio is located in Castleknock, Dublin 15, located 900 metres from the train station and 100 metres from the 37A Bus route. For students, there is direct access by train to Maynooth University, Trinity College and any other colleges in Dublin city centre, such as RCSI, DIT, and NCI. The studio is located in a quiet suburban estate with shops and amenities close by. Availability The studio is suitable for two students from January 2026 onwards for a minimum of 6 months. All bills are included in the price, including electricity, Gas, Water, refuse and Wi-Fi.
