Hi! My bestie and I are looking for a roommate. We are doing this discreetly to help with our finances. ​About Us: Andy is a musician who is strong and silent. I am the nerdy social butterfly! We are looking for someone who fits in with our vibe. ​Requirements: ​Must be a female between the ages of 35 and 45. ​Must work the night shift. ​May have to help with minor financial essentials. ​Must pay $50 for internet, $60 for streaming, and $90 for electric. ​Must know housing repairment maintenance. ​(Note: We will not be using the building maintenance here because they charge extra). ​Any car is fine, but having a truck is a bonus. ​Must have a pullout couch. ​Must know how to play Spades, Magic: The Gathering, D&D, and other games as well (and must know other people that play too). ​Must be 420-friendly and know how to control other device habits. ​We are looking for someone who is nerdy, into pop culture, and enjoys making music, but you can be other things too. ​Must have "OCD-level" cleaning habits. ​Must be willing to help with my temporary physical handicaps (help with showers only; no personal hygiene like diapers required). ​No kids or pets. ​Guest Policy: Family is welcome anytime.
