Have Master bedroom in house For Rent

I'm a single father of four kids the kids ages are 8 9 11 and 12 and yes they all are good kids they will not bug you or cause any problems will be well behaved and listen if you have kids you're more than welcome to live here with your kids but limited to how many kids you have the room is pretty big it's big enough for you to fit for people in there in their own beds the house has a big enough yard but no garage you're more than welcome to park the car anywhere in the yard or driveway just maintain areas clean where you are either doing some kind of barbecue or using the restroom clean up after yourself other than that you do as you please feel like if this is your home and don't worry I and I'm nosy and not into people's business I mind my own business and give you your privacy and I'm a very chill out going calm and avoid as many problems as possible don't like the drama don't like their attention if there's an issue of any sort and kind fish just come and talk to me I will resolve it ASAP so that you may feel comfortable where you live at or whatever you mean feel uncomfortable with can be fixed if you just talk to me if there's any problems with anything otherwise in the future we can take care of it the right way violating each other know what the issue is and how we can result but other than that feel as if at home because you will be treated like this is your home
