I am a friendly (but not intrusive) happy, respectful person with a wide variety of interests. Looking for mature female roommate between 26-69. I am an out-going introvert, so I like people and still need some alone time. I live peacefully. I love music but don’t have to play it loud. I am a Lutheran. I appreciate Buddhism. I have a great sense of humor and am occasionally funny (or so my friends say). I like a tidy, clean home. I’ve never been evicted. I have a secure job. I work afternoons and evenings. I have had roommates before and I pay my bills on-time, every time. I like a cool, not warm or hot apartment. Rent is $900/person. Water, electricity, trash, internet, etc will be about $200/person. You would have to be comfortable with me furnishing the apartment except for your bedroom.
