Chloé Has an Apartment for Rent

I'm offering a lovely room for sublet in my bright apartment, which is filled with books and plants. It's located in a very pleasant neighborhood, just steps from the Beaubien metro station, cafes, shops, restaurants, a swimming pool, and Plaza Saint-Hubert. I have my son every other week, so the room is available when he's not here. It will be just for you; I have another room for myself. It's bright and has two comfortable single beds: you'll be using the lower one. You'll also have plenty of space to store your belongings. I'm only looking to rent to a single woman.
