Ben & Adele Has an Apartment for Rent

Lovely, bright rooms in a shared 3rd floor apartment in one of the most charming Montréal neighbourhoods. The apartment has 3 rooms for rent. The living/dining room, bathroom and kitchen are shared with other tenants as well as occasional use by host family (rare). The host family lives in the apartment below, so most of the time, the tenants have the apartment all for themselves, with their own door to the street. There is a balcony in the back and the small bedroom has a balcony too. The rooms will be fully furnished, bed, desk, closet/drawers. Contact us for any additional needs, and we'll try to make it work. Electricity, internet, water, heating are included. There's a shared washer to do laundry and drying racks for drying. We're a family of five, 3 adults and 2 teenagers, and we speak English, French, Mandarin, German, and passable Italian. We're first generation immigrants and have a good amount of experience on how to navigate getting settled in Canada/Québec/Montréal. We're happy to share our experiences on things to do, or practice your French, if you want to grow roots in the province. We don't accept pets, and there is no smoking in or near the building. We are looking for somebody quiet and organised, to ensure all tenants are able to study without disturbance. If this fits your profile, please reach out! Minimum duration is 3 months.
