Robbie is Looking for a Room to Rent

Hi there, I'm Robbie. I'm searching for a roommate who would be interested in applying for an apartment with me in JULY 2026! I used to work as a groundskeeper for an apartment community, and lived onsite at that very community for almost 2.5 years. So besides having great rental history, I do have some valuable experiences with apartments in general. I'm a bit reserved, but you'll find that I'm very friendly, super clean and organized. Most of the time I'll be busy with work or studying. I'm not a party goer, or one to bring friends over by any means. I'm more of a homebody that likes to relax on my days off, or spending time in nature getting some fresh air when I can. If you're someone who's organized, can respect boundaries and pays their share of the bills on time, you already sound great to me! ** PLEASE NOTE: If you've had evcitions in the past, it's just not gonna work. Having evictions on your record is an automatic disqualification for getting an apartment for several years.
