Evelyn is Looking for a House to Rent

Female, late thirties, drummer/musician. I record my own music, have several instruments, and I’m looking for some roommates to rent a house with where we have a basement space to play/record, though of course the house would be quiet at night. Other musicians or creative people would be great. I like lots of music but am mainly into playing groovy stuff like jazz/funk/rnb/some rock, or classical. Generally not into super-loud genres like metal or punk. I am typically home during the day and like to be able to play the drums for about an hour, and I leave the house for work on weekdays during the late afternoons/early evenings. I do keep to myself a fair bit at home, but also enjoy the occasional roommate hang or shared meal. I’m fun-loving and generally pretty easygoing, but having conscientious and tidy roommates is super important to me. I’d love to make a nice space with others where we can live and create. I also have lots of furniture to contribute to common areas.
