I'm a clean person rarely home at work prefer no roommates would like my own space to rent. The last place that has roommates kept opening and taking my mail which I don't appreciate. Not sharing a space with anybody. The excuse from the renter was somebody upstairs with the same name took it and opened it thinking it was there's which is bull first and last name is on front I 100 percent believe it was the renter.
