My wife and I are looking for a room to rent. Due to circumstances we're limited on our upfront monthly payment ability.
We're able to start with $30/day/night ($900/mo). Over a month or two, we should get to be able to bump to full month upfront.
It's just my wife, myself, and our dog (min-pin/terrier). We work gig app work, so we are gone most of the day. We tend to stay to ourselves and are fairly quiet. My wife smokes, and is fine doing so outside.
