Kevin is Looking for a Room to Rent

Hi my name is Kevin, I’m 25 years old and I was born and raised in Toronto, Canada, where I currently work full-time as a Financial Services Representative. My role has helped me develop strong financial habits, and I’ve always been organized and responsible when it comes to rent and bills. I’m moving to London next month under the UK Youth Mobility Visa, which allows me to live and work in the UK for two years, effective from May 14th, 2025-2027 (proof of visa/share code available upon request). Whilst I’m actively job searching in London right now, I’ve set aside savings and created a comprehensive 6-month budget to ensure a smooth and stable transition. London has always felt special to me, and after visiting a few times and spending time with family there, I knew I wanted to make it home. I’m drawn to its culture, energy, diversity, beautiful architecture, the list goes on. Outside of work, I am passionate about travel, photography, baking/cooking, and staying active. I’m tidy, health-conscious, easy-going, and respectful of others’ space and lifestyles. I really value living in a clean, comfortable, and friendly environment, and I’m hoping to find a home that reflects that.
