Ray is Looking for an Apartment to Rent

I am a very sociable person who gets along with anyone, I do prefer animals to humans but I can adapt 😁 I am looking for a place to stay and am flexible with it being an apartment or house, flat etc...obviously from reading the above I don't mind animals of any kind and I do smoke but am happy to take that outside. I do not mind it being unfurnished as long as I can decorate to my taste and style. Would be nice if I could have a pet there so if that could be noted, I have been meaning to get a dog but need to see how this works out first. I have no children and have no plans to. I am willing to accommodate and be flexible with certain things but I would like my points to be noted.
