Ideally, I am looking for a comfortable and affordable space that would allow me to focus on my studies while providing a conducive environment for learning. It would be great if the room is well-lit and quiet, preferably located near public transport or amenities like grocery stores and cafes. I'm open to sharing the space with other students who appreciate a calm atmosphere. Having access to a kitchen and laundry facilities would also be a plus.
