Penny is Looking for a House to Rent

I'm told I'm a very kind person. I'm clean, organized and very responsible. I have not once paid my rent or bills late in the last six years since I've been single. I'm proud to say. I have great references . Personal and profession if needed. I am really on trying to find a place by the beach if possible or a place that is peaceful so I can work on my two year goals. As aa little bit of an older female I plan on starting school very soon as well. So I'm going to be very busy. I believe in communication I feel it's what makes things go smoothly with roommates so I look forward to a good roommate relationship also. One that shares mutual respect towards one another and peaceful so that we both can take care of all that life calls us to do in the near future. I hope to hear back and hopefully work out a deal.
