Hi! I’m a professional female working a 9-5pm job in the healthcare industry, looking for a female professional roommate/housemate/tenant that has a large room and they are renting and mutually shared common areas and that is available for immediate move-in, or very soon. The room does not need to be furnished, I do not smoke, I’m very clean, adaptable, very focused on my career/work and would like to share the main common areas like the kitchen, living room and bathroom. My budget is $800 for the monthly rent and would like to talk by phone to begin the first step to start with an conversation to discuss both of our requirements Ie: monthly rent/utilities /moving expenses etc and it will give us an opportunity to introduce ourselves; if it’s a potential option for us both after that, then I would like to schedule a time/date to meet the other tenant/roommate/housemate in-person and a time to look at the apartment/townhome.
