Hey. I'm a black guy looking to live with like-minded, LGBT-friendly guys that are into esoteric high vibrational practices and are okay with things like smudging and cleansing spaces using various esoteric tools, crystals etc. Cleanliness is a very important attribute to me. I definitely like my living space to be clutter-free and free of stagnant low-vibe energy. I keep to myself for the most part so no fear of excessive small talk unless we click & it's natural & a comfortable vibe. Looking for roommates who can agree to a consistent cleaning schedule with me and would NOT make a fuss about who's cleaning what on what day. Willing to pay $700-$900 for single private room in a good area of Toronto or Missisauga. I have first and last available as well as references and a deposit. I will be attending school in fall 2025 & can provide proof of my admissions if requested.
