Andy is Looking for a House to Rent

Hello everyone! I'm looking for a room in a house with a nice yard for my dog Reign and garage space for my outdoor gear. Move in date: ASAP OB or PB is preferable but super flexible. Trying to stay around $1500 or less. (Could pay more depending on amenities i.e. beach proximity, pool, Jacuzzi, view etc) I would love to live with chill, CLEAN, respectful and responsible roommates that are professional and work hard during the week but like to have fun on the weekends. I'm very health-conscious; stretch every day, cold plunge, gym, cook and eat healthy. I love the outdoors, camping, surfing, snowboarding, spearfishing etc. I also love festivals, Burning Man and house and techno shows. I'm all about balance.
