Valentino is Looking for a House to Rent

I'm super chill and easy to get along with, I like minding my own business, I'm a workaholic. I'm clean and organized, don't smoke, drink, take drugs or talk politics & religion. I'd tend to prefer if you already have a place with a furnished room ready for me to rent from you for 2-3 months. I just relocated to SoCal again, and ultimately I'd like to get my own place by myself but in this economy I'll need to team up with someone like you first to accomplish my goal. I love pets, especially cats, parrots, and bearded dragons so if you have any of these pets already, yes I will be delighted to babysit them while you go on vacation and give them extra attention while you're home. Of course there's more to me than that but whatever else you want to know, please don't hesitate to ask.
