I am quite and clean and pay my rent on time. There will be no visitors so there will be no problems and I have my own truck. I am older in my 50s so I understand, I am easy to get along with. I have no pets nor children. It's will be only me. If you would like to live with a quite person that stays to themselves and is considerate of your rules, then that is me. You will have good references with me. I have lived with my last roommate for 2 years and have had no problems but they are getting married so it is time to look for a new place to live.
