Lana is Looking for a House to Rent

I've been a bartender for over 15 years and work my full time job as well as picking up extra gigs for events so I have consistent and reliable income to pay my rent & bills. I consistently maintain employment and stay at the same gig for several years at a time to ensure my financial stability I'm quiet & rather private. I don't really drink anymore, but I don't mind when others do. I enjoy reading, live music ( rock n rolla/ metal head/ reggae rude gal lol), travel, art in various mediums and anything creative, writing, esoteric studies, animals(!) especially kitty cats 🖤),dance,going for hot girl walks 🤓. Halloween everyday I also really enjoy checking out what's going on locally, especially different workshops teaching new things,art festivals, live local music,charity/volunterism. I am laid back, non judgemental, empathetic, a good listener, hard worker, super clean and organized, fun, reliable, responsible, original, humble yet confident, easy to get along with because I go with the flow while not being a pushover. My home is my sanctuary and I fill my space with good energy. It's important to me to feel safe & comfortable and to ensure that whomever shares the same roof feels the same. I am a strong communicator and encourage others to keep an open dialogue, so that everyone is happy and taken care of. It's rare that I would have guests, but if so it would be one friend at a time and be one of about three people, because I keep my circle small. As I said, I feel communication is key , second only to honesty. Respect is very important to me as I give it and humbly receive it. I am searching for a place / roommate because my husband passed away and our lease is up so I'm begining again I guess you could say. -L
