Im 37 yr old white male whos needing to relocate closer to work, I like to have an open mind, not sexist or racist by no means, if theres anything in the home stops working no problem im able to fix any maintenance problems with 13 yrs experience being a licensed electrician and plumber, im even mechanically inclined as well. I like to keep my space private from family and friends. You will never have to worry about anyone popping up or coming over besides my boss coming to pick me up in the company truck that has an equipment trailer thats it. And im trustworthy. Anyone can say that but I can show you better than I can tell you.
