Kate is Looking for an Apartment to Rent

Clean, working professional moving to the city for a new job. I value good communication, tidiness, and a cozy, welcoming living space. I’d ideally like to live with someone I can be friends with. I love trying new restaurants/bars, going to the gym, yoga classes, and cooking! I’m looking for an apartment with ideally 2 bathrooms, in suite laundry, and a bedroom with a lockable door, window, and closet. Somewhere downtown and close to transit.
