August is Looking for a Room to Rent

Hey! I saw your post about needing a roommate. I’m August, 47—pretty low-key, clean, and respectful. I spend most of my time working in my room, so I’m not a party/noise type at all. I’m an artist and I make music (recording/mixing and my own projects), and I also have a background in wrestling production—shot/edited shows back in the day, so I’m always building something creative. Mostly headphones, quiet hours friendly. I’m looking for a private room in a calm home where everyone’s decent and communicates.
