Dan is Looking for a House to Rent

Hi, I'm Dan and I am trying to find 2 or 3 good roommates as soon as possible. I'm not exactly renting out a house to anyone but I am trying hard to find a few people to move in a house with me in the Mt. clemens area. It's my childhood home that I have so many years of good memories in and I miss this house so much. It's currently being worked on by the homeowner and I was told that when it goes up for rent it was going to be about $1,500 a month plus utilities and if I can get at Ieast 2 people to be my roommates that's only 500 dollars for each person. I don't know when the house is going to be ready for rent so that's why I'm trying hard to find some good roommates as soon as I can before somebody else can rent it. I am a responsible and realiable person I always pay my rent and bills on time or even before it's due. I don't smoke, I don't drink, I clean up after myself, and I get along great with other people
