Benjamin is Looking for an Apartment to Rent

Hey! I’m Benjamin, but I mostly go by Ben. I’m moving out for the first time and looking for a roommate in the Grandville area sometime in April, though I’m flexible on timing. Ideally, I’d like to live at Fairbrook Apartments or as close to it as possible, but it’s not a deal breaker if that doesn’t work out. I’m currently attending an online university and plan to graduate in 2027. I’ll probably be working part-time while I finish up school. In my free time, I’m into D&D, reading, and video games. I’m usually pretty quiet and tend to keep to myself, but I’m totally cool with talking or hanging out sometimes too. I like shared spaces to stay fairly clean and not too cluttered. I’m good about cleaning up after myself, though I’ll admit I sometimes let pots or pans soak for a bit before washing them. I don’t smoke and would prefer a non-smoking place. I don’t drink much, but I’m fine if you do. Pets are totally okay as long as they aren’t too noisy at night and you clean up after them. Overall, I’m not a big partier, so I’d prefer a calmer, quieter apartment.
