Branden is Looking for a House to Rent

My Spouse and I decided to temporarily part ways. She has our buisness as income, I am starting from ground zero. Looking for a single room to rent in the areas surrounding greer/taylors/greenville/duncan, slighlty further locations will be considered. I am quiet, clean, drama free, transparent, easy going and easy to work with. My intention is to pay upfront for 1- 2 months minimum stay depending on price. I require the Space to be peaceful, drama free, no drunkeness (if one can drink and still be peaceful and respectful then ok, i do not drink or hang around it) if others smoke it must be outside, i do not smoke. My sole focus is to have a place to relax/work on creating a new frame of stability and structure in my life. I have handyman/ maintenance experiance so repairs can be negotioated if desired in the assumption that repairs are permissable by the authority over the work. Thank you for considering.
