I’m easy to live with and keep things simple. I work full-time in HVAC, so I’ve got a steady schedule and reliable income rent is always on time. I’m clean and respectful of shared spaces, and I’m not the type to bring chaos or drama into the house. I’m also pretty handy, so if something breaks or needs fixing, I can usually take care of it instead of letting it become a problem. I keep a good balance between being social and giving people their space, so whether you like to hang out or just do your own thing, I’m good with either.
