David is Looking for a Room to Rent

Hello David here. Move in date negotiable. I live in Minneapolis in another house with roommates but have a significant other in Montreal for the past 3 years and we go back and forth. I tried to work in Montreal but am hampered by the work language restrictions as am blue collar. So I instead got a ft job at the nearby Burlington airport with AA/Piedmont that starts very soon. My significant other would not visit here much; if so - hotel. I am currently in Montreal for the month and can see a place/meet Fri Sept 18 and after. In Minneapolis I own my own company sole proprietor - djosrvcs-llc dot com. I probably won't be doing that there as my new job is ft/overtime (although I can clean our place as bonus). Work hours will vary but quiet in out. I'm quiet & older/mature independent. Like working out and scifi. No car - bike, Enterprise, and public transportation. Outdoors nature art etc. Liberal but sometimes follow/vote moderate (not always progressive). I tend to stay in my room as have most things I need in there. Prefer unfurnished but lightly furnished (basics) ok. 420 ok but I don't do. Cats Dogs Bunnies fine - have none. Used to be vegan. THANKS!
