Searching in BC
Hello everyone! My name is Danika, and I'm searching for long-term housing in Vancouver, ideally available for September 1st, as I'll be starting my Bachelor's degree in Psychology at UBC. My budget is a maximum of $1700 per month, and I'm ideally looking for a place with utilities included and that's pet-friendly, as I have cats.
A bit about me: I come from a small town in Saskatchewan, and I lead a very quiet lifestyle—I don't normally drink or party. I don’t do drugs or smoke. I am very respectful, clean, and quiet, and I'm a pretty chill person. I love to have cozy nights in, but I would also love to go out on weekends.
I'm hoping to find a place with a reasonable commute to UBC, in a safe, pleasant, and walkable neighborhood outside of the downtown core. I'm completely open to sharing a space or finding a place with a roommate. It's important that any potential living situation is also open to my boyfriend, Cashius, moving in as well.
A bit about Cashius: He's from Saskatoon and works on the oil rigs, meaning he'd be away for extended periods. Like me, he only drinks occasionally. He's also a very laid-back and friendly guy who gets along with everyone.
