Je loue le sous-sol meublé, chauffé, éclairé, il y a une salle de bain mais je dois accéder pour aller faire le lavage, j’avise avant de descendre. La salle de bain en bas n’est pas entièrement privée, c’est par contre rare que je demande de l’utiliser. C’est un espace confortable avec grande fenêtre au Sud, garde-robes, sofa 3 places, table d’ordinateur, mini frigo, cafetière, écrans et imprimante (encre non inclus) disponibles. Le hik c’est que j’ai un grand caniche, il est pur race, hypoallergène, il ne perd pas son poil, ne jappe pas et propre, il va dehors pour ses besoins et il est entraîné et deux chats un peu problématique, mon vieux chat est malade et gardé dans une grande cage prpre et confortable mais je dois m’en départir bientôt et un chaton que j’ai adopté dernièrement que j’adore l’énergie et sa vivacité mais que j’ai peur qu’il griffe mon caniche en jouant donc les chats je pourrais décider de juste ne plus en avoir ici (si vous avez des allergies ou peurs). L’autre hik et c’est pourquoi je ne veux pas d’enfants ici, c’est que je fume à l’intérieur, je ne suis pas prête à prendre le risque d’influencer ou rendre malade un enfant et aussi, c’est une salle à louer pour une personne. Je demande de cohabiter avec une personne propre, qui travaille ou étudie à temps pleins, qui aide à nettoyer le rez-de-chaussée et l’entrée extérieur, respectueux-euse avec sa propre assurance d’habitation. L’électricité est incluse mais le wi-fi est 45$/mois de plus (moitié/moitié) pour Fibre Bell

I am rather anxious in person and unfortunately have a difficult time forming words/thoughts because of anxious overwhelm. I'd like to add that I am only on this app in an attempt to escape my current situation, I do want to be honest, I will be very sensitive doing so, purely because of the deep-rootedness of this said situation. Plus I am still in the process of figuring out who I am. -I don't quite care about the living arrangement, that being an apartment, a townhouse, a house, a condo etc, but I do care if the place is well maintained, or at the very least won't have a new issue every week. Example a busted pipe one week, the water not working another, or the power being out on the third week. -Also I don't have a particular preference for the room to be furnished or not, but if it is furnished, I don't want the room to be fully furnished AND decorated. Dat iz my job. A bed and maybe a desk and a small clothing drawer (if there is no closet) is preferred. But anything unnecessary like decor is on the lower end of preference, bUT it doesn't mean I won't take a peak at the room! ^^ Hobbies. -i am an artist in more ways then one! I write stories/plots, I write poetry, I paint with acrylic/oil/water color, I design + draw characters, I draw in general, I love to decorate, and I am a photographer of nature. ^^ My Interests. -sewing, music + singing (I wanna learn so bad), fashion, knitting/crocheting, DIY, D&D, and boardgames similar to D&D.
