Hello! My name is Nikita, and l am an international student from Singapore who will be moving to Canada to pursue a Bachelor's degree in Psychology. I am currently looking for a room with a minimum 6-month lease and a budget of $900 CAD or below.
I would describe myself as friendly, respectful, and easy to get along with.
As I will be new to Canada, I would love the opportunity to live with roommates and make new friends while also respecting everyone's personal space. I enjoy getting to know people, having conversations, and creating a comfortable and positive living environment.
I am a clean and responsible tenant who always cleans up after myself and helps with household chores. Keeping shared spaces tidy is important to me, and leaving messes behind is never an issue.
I understand the importance of being considerate when living with others and strive to contribute positively to the home.
Outside of school, I enjoy sports, watching movies and TV shows, exploring cafés, and spending time with friends. I can be both outgoing and social when the occasion calls for it, but I also enjoy quiet evenings and relaxing at home. As the oldest of three siblings, I have developed a strong sense of responsibility, patience, and consideration for others.
One of the things I value most is supporting and encouraging the people around me. I enjoy listening to others, motivating them, and being someone they can rely on. I will also be working part-time while studying, so 1 maintain a balanced and responsible lifestyle.
