This is a 2bed 1bath basement. The whole rent is $2200 which includes utilities + $70-80 for wifi, I have a connection with Rogers. I’m taking the 2nd bedroom which is larger and I want to split the rent $1150 me and $1050 + ~$40 for internet for the smaller room. If you’re comfortable with the smaller room and want to be my roommate! I have a video of the house if you want to get a better idea of the size of the space. I have a cat so please please be cat friendly, she comes with a litter box and a cat tree 🙂 I keep the house clean as I’m allergic to her lol. She is not friendly with other pets I’m so sorry. She has a personality so pet at your own risk. she mostly lounges in the house and will never disturb you (she loves smelling your shoes and playing with the laser) I have some furniture to put around the house and you are welcome to bring your own stuff.! eg I don’t have table/chair/couch but I do have a 5 tier shelf to put in the space next to the kitchen or laundry and I only use 2 tiers for my books and succulents. I also have an air fryer, microwave, kettle, pots and pans for the kitchen but I don’t have dishes! All ages and genders are welcome, the landlord requires proof of ID and income/assistance. No smokers, no partying!

I am Calm neat tidy person who knows his limits and want my roommate to do so. Privacy is very important for me. I do not like mess in kitchen. We should always keep our place clean and smells good

I owned my property over 15 years, we already hosted over 70 SFU’s students, professors, doctors. Each two private bedrooms shared one bathroom. Each of bedroom size over 400 sqft.

A room with a private bathroom. The building is close to bus stops, pubs, restaurants, grocery shops, etc. 15-min bus from downtown, 20-min bus to UBC. The room has a bed that extends to a king size. There is a closet, two drawers, and a stand-up desk with a monitor. Internet and utilities included. In-suite laundry is available. The kitchen and living room are shared spaces. Available from May 1st. I have two cats, so hopefully, you are not allergic. Also, no more pets are allowed due to the strata policy. Also, my boyfriend srats with me over the weekends. I'm easy-going, like to hang out with my roommate, but also appreciate my privacy and "me time." I like to have a clean place, and I appreciate my roommate being conscientious and clean after themselves.

This home has capacity for 3-4 guests at a time. We are near Douglas College, shopping, public transit, and beautiful parks and trails. There are two small dogs that love to play. There are two guest bedrooms, a shared living room, kitchenette and bathroom. No children under 7 due to Benji being difficult around some small children. Payment due on day two if coming from international countries and on arrival if coming from the USA or Canada. Cash, Paypal and Etransfer accepted. Check in anytime after 2 pm and check out at noon (flexible as needed - please advise)

Welcome to your new homestay! My home is beautiful and spacious and I love cooking for others. There is a separate space available which is warm and cozy. It includes a private bedroom with private kitchen and private full bathroom only shared with another student. The suite is newly renovated. I have hosted international students for over 20 years. I welcome professional/executive students who are independent and want privacy in in their own space with a private entrance. I have the highest speed Internet available through Telus Pure Fiber WiFi. I have a security monitoring system. My rooms have radiant floor heating. Separate private entrance. The suite has a living room, dining area, and full kitchen. There is a nice patio area and separate entrance. I live upstairs and the space is located on the main floor. The neighborhood is perfectly located within 15 minutes walking distance to the SkyTrain which connects to central downtown in 15 to 20 minutes depending on which stop along the SkyTrain line. Grocery, liquor and other stores are 3 blocks away & 5 minutes walking distance. I provide meals on occasion when our schedules are accommodating. I host special dinners for holidays. We have pizza nights on occasion and we also do BBQs in the summer. We go out for social events or if students prefer to be private, that's okay as well.
