Hello!! Me and my roomates needs have changed and as such I would be moving out soon so im looking for my replacement! Im currently paying 700$ and we are located in Lachine! Its a 4 1/2 , half furnished on the second floor with a balcony ! There's a bunch of busses nearby that take you straight to Lionel metro station in just 30min! Directly across the apartment there's a Maxi right next to a mall. For about a 10 minute walk there's a few banks, a clinic , McDonald's, Tim Hortons , DQ , and plenty of bike paths near the river! About my roomate Quiet Tends to himself Respects personal space Pays rent on time
