Just need a place to stay for a while until I finish doing my studies and get my life back on track again and start earning enough to to my own place.

LOCATION : We live in a renovated older home in Balmoral, a quiet central Auckland suburb. The house is easy walking distance to St Lukes mall, Eden park, takeaways, cafes & restaurants. There is a huge selection of bus routes leaving close to our home that will take you downtown, to Unitech and across Auckland. THE ROOM that we have available is quite large, with a king size bed. There is a separate lounge with TV and also a family room off the kitchen which also has a TV. We have fast internet, 100 SKY channels and Netflix. ABOUT US: Mike & Sue are both in their early 60s. We have been travelling the globe since we were young and we love to explore new places. Over the last few years, we have hosted many, many people from across the world - some as HELPX and some as homestays. We both work variable hours so sometimes neither of us will be home until after 7.00pm OUR IDEAL HOMESTAY : Because of the change in hours that we work, we would prefer our homestay to be around 25+years old and have a good level of English. We would prefer single guests. but will consider couples for short stays.
