Our house is modern, peaceful and sunny with garden and decks and conveniently located in walking distance to: - Papakura Town Centre - Takanini Town Centre - Papakura Train Station - Countdown supermarket - Parks - Cafes, Restaurants and shops When we are not working we enjoying relaxing at home, going for long walks, cooking nice meals (all kinds of foods/cuisines) and watching movies/documentaries. We have one spacious double room available for guests/homestays, the room has a very comfortable king single bed, double wardrobe and bedside table. We have a laundry room (with washing machine, dryer, iron etc.) available to use, with shower room and toilet (separate rooms). We have secure off-street parking available. Unlimited internet/wifi and netflix is also available. Meals can be arranged at extra cost.

We have a lovely sleep-out with a queen bed, desk, TV and wardrobe it is off the deck with privacy of its own but shared facilities in the house such as kitchen and bathroom. We are located within a 5 minute walk to St Lukes Westfield Mall, a short walk to major bus route and 10 min walk to train station so a fantastic place to explore Auckland from. short term stays for students is ideal. We are a friendly family of 4 (2 adults 2x kids) and a cat so We are a healthy active family who are always out exploring, bushwalking, skiing and making the most of the weekends.

My 11 year old grandson and I live in a three bedroom house in a nice suburb of Papatoetoe Auckland.The house is 2 levels spacious and warm.We are only 5minutes away by car to shopping mall, about 15mins walking we are close to supermarkets movie theatres, resturants and many more attractions. We are friendly and welcoming and try to engage with guests as much as possible. In the summer time our time is spent with family going to the beach,having bar-b-ques and spending time together.We are a short walk to the park where I spend time with grandchildren when they stay over on the weekend We will welcome you into your new home and give you a key so you can come and go as you please. Macleans College zone. 10 min by bus. 3 min walk to downtown. We are a young Korean couple with 2 children. (5, 3 years old)

 We will provide home environment to the student, couples can stay on their own.  They will have separate bedroom and a separate toilet and bathroom.  We will have daily chat so that they feel loved and part of the family.  We will provide the three meals. We are vegetarian and we cook all variety of meals.  Smoking is not allowed at all times.  The rooms will be cleaned on a regular basis. I stay home and am able to provide this service. We really enjoy having people of different nationality and culture. I have a Boutique car hire business and I interact will people of all different culture. This should not be a problem at all.  Telephone to some of the countries can be provided free of charge to our home stay student. Students from countries such as India, China, Hong Kong, Germany, Singapore, Canada, America, Australia etc. will be able allowed to make calls home.
