I own my home in the Kawartha Lakes area and am also a landlord as I rent out my basement. I have recently been transferred to the East Ottawa/Orleans area for work and am looking for a place to rent. I will go home weekends, weather and workload permitting.

I’m not a smoker but I’m fine with someone who smokes; I just don’t want cigarettes smoked inside. Cannabis in the house is fine with me. I’m looking to keep my portion around $1,100/month.
