I am very understanding and proactive to any arising complaints. I do my best to ensure the space is in great living condition and all amenities are paid for without interruption.

I work full-time in retail so I’m gone 40+ hours through the week. I like to stay in my room or watch movies in the livingroom when I’m off. I’m also vegetarian, but I’m okay with meat in the apartment if you’ll respect that I’d like it to be kept sanitary. There’s no pets currently, but I’m not a fan of dogs and would like to get a cat in the coming year. I'm pretty chill, and just like to do my own thing. I'm fine with mostly keeping to ourselves, or hanging out if we get along well.

Working full time 7days a week and sometimes 6 days depending on circumstances
