This room includes a private entrance and personal bathroom. All shared areas are free to use including kitchen and living room. Washer and dryer included in the home. Most utilities included in total cost of rent. Everything split equally regarding rent+electricity. I am very loud sometimes and so are some of my neighbors. I enjoy music and will turn it up, I like to dance, play guitar, and ultimately live freely in my apartment and would hope you would feel comfortable enough to do the same. I have a younger brother on the spectrum that will visit some weekends. No pets because I'm not paying for all that. I work Mon-Fri so there's plenty of free time for yourself. Rent is due the first of every month and becomes late on the 5th. Late payments will be accepted but you will be responsible for the late fee if it's your part missing ($200). If you can't provide payment you will be evicted. Gym+pool+community room available.
