We are sure our home will cater to your needs: choices of 3 bedrooms , 2 and half bathrooms. Spacious kitchen, separate dining room and living room are available to you. If you enjoy the outdoors quiet time can be spent in our well maintained and secluded garden. Over the years we have travelled extensively for work and continue to do so as something we enjoy very much. Communication is key, primary language spoken are French and English. MaryAnne has been an elementary school teacher with the Toronto District School Board for the past 10 years and she has taught ESL in Korea. Mubeat is a business professional who has lived and studied abroad and who has used homestays in her travels and education. Some of our hobbies include playing soccer and tennis, reading, painting and socializing with friends and family. We both work a lot and are often busy outside of the home so our homestay is best suited to mature and independent students or professionals. We cannot provide meals due to our schedules but you are welcome to share the basement kitchen with one other student . Our dreams were finally fulfilled we have two kids after years of trying. No pets. We can host up to three students. Our home is bright, spacious and clean. In your room, you will have a window, mirror, bed, desk, lamp, and a place to put your clothing. I am living at the basement with 2 rooms. One is vacant and I am living at the other room. I am looking for somebody especially girl student to be with my place. I can prepare a meal for her if she wants to be included in her stay but she needs to add more pay on top of her rent. I am living at Dundas and Broadview and so convenient for students. We live very close to downtown Toronto and we don't have any pets. The location of the schools in downtown are very close to where we live, approximately 20 minutes away by bus. We don't provide any meals, however there is a fully equipped kitchen for you to use including the kitchen ware. We provide free unlimited WiFi, dish soap, napkins, toilet paper, hand soap. A cleaner comes in once a month to do a deep clean of the common areas (kitchen, washroom/shower, laundry, corridors). The house rules are simple, we ask that you keep it clean and no visitors as there are other students living here. I hope to hear from you soon.
