We enjoy hosting international students and visiting professionals and providing a safe, respectful, and comfortable living environment. Minimum stay of 30 nights applies. The ensuite room has a total area of approximately 346 sq. ft., offering generous space for long-term comfort. It is fully furnished with a queen-size bed, a desk, storage drawers, and a walk-in closet. The private ensuite bathroom includes a bathtub and a separate shower. A large window facing the backyard provides excellent natural light and a pleasant view. Our home is located in a safe residential neighborhood with convenient access to public transportation, grocery stores, and parks. Markville Mall, York University Markham Campus, and Stouffville Hospital are all approximately a 10-minute drive away. A bus stop is located directly behind the house. We welcome long-term stays and are best suited for guests aged 16 and above, including students, visiting teachers, and professionals seeking a quiet and supportive home environment.

We are conveniently located on York Mills/DVP highway, inside a quiet and safe neighbourhood. We live on main floor with our grandparents. Very quiet family with no kids or pet. We love to cook and would love to share this with guests. We will provide breakfast, lunch, and dinner (International cuisine) at additional fees, convenient for our homestay international students. Guests will be staying in our basement unit with their own bath and wetbar. If you like to warm up food, just let us know during booking so we can arrange for that.

We are a couple originally from Taiwan living in a house that is: 1 min walk to a community mall with a No Frills grocery store, a McDonald’s, a Rexall pharmacy, a post office and an UPS store, a walk-in clinic, and a Japanese cuisine and an Indian cuisine restaurant. 4 min walk to TTC Sherbourne subway station and ILAC Dream Campus. 6 min walk to St. Paul’s, Bloor Street (who hosts a famous free weekly English conversation café). 10 min walk to TTC Bloor-Yonge subway station. And if you enjoy leisure nature-hikes as we do, we are very close to some hidden-gem trails along Don River, which include the popular Milkman’s Lane to Evergreen Brickworks route or, if you will, further north walks.
