I'm quiet, clean, and most of the time I'm out with friends or at work so I'm only home for a little portion of my day sometimes. I play Ukuele and piano, I try and play quietly, but it can be loud sometimes. I'm a performing arts student so sometimes you'll hear me practicing monologues which can sound kinda weird.

The apartment that the room is in is less than 10 minutes away from uOttawa walking, on the 12th floor (elevator in the building). The room has a walk in closet and an ensuite washroom without a shower (the shower is in the other washroom). Ensuite laundry. There’s also a dishwasher and a vacuum cleaner. Utilities included. The bedroom has a table/chair in addition to the bed and dresser. Bedding/ bed cover included. The common area will have a couch and a dining table. Parking can be included for an extra 100$/month. Looking for a female roommate. 2 people total will be living in the apartment.
