Located in Carlington with a walking score of 86 and a transit score of 57, our home is close to everything, including just a five minute jump across the street to Ottawa’s only 24-hour Shoppers Drug Mart! We are also located centrally, not far from both Algonquin College, and Carleton University. Our unit is located on the second floor of a two-story apartment building. We would be sharing the kitchen, bathroom, living room and dining room. The tenants in the building are quiet, kind, and respectful. There is also garden space in our backyard if you have a green thumb :) Parking is available for an extra $50 per month. There is also a $50 key deposit. Smoking is okay, so long as it is done outside. First and last month’s rent required. Ideally looking for a long-term roommate, but I’m happy to chat with anyone who is interested, as everyone’s situation is different. Room is all-inclusive, including internet and Netflix! The room you would be renting measures 9.2 x 10.6 not including the closet.

I'm a really chill, laid back, friendly and easygoing guy. If you're in a jam due to the housing market in Ottawa, I have a small bedroom and futon,dresser etc in a nice, newly built house with a yard and surrounded by a wooden deck. Money isn't too big.of an issue - I prefer the company more than anything else. I would prefer a female, or a trans girl is Kool as I get along better with ladies and believe it or not; they're actually less trouble than a guy. .As I don't need the money, it's more the company whenever you're home; I prefer the company of a woman. Trans is Kool by me, none of my biz! The room's not huge but it's a very modern, stylish place and I spent 5, 6 years locked in my last place with absolutely no human contact after losing all of my family at once...went thru hard times. I'm quiet and work nights. Clean up after myself basically as soon as I'm done with anything so I don't get overwhelmed. I'm really allergic to air fresheners and cats. Immunocompromised so ideally looking for someone compatible with the masked hermit lifestyle.

Hey, I'm MacKenzie, I'm 22 and I am on disability. My cat's name is pepper, named after pepper pots from iron man. I also have a gecko her name is Alice, named after Alice from Alice in wonderland. I am a gamer and I pretty much keep to myself, I make sure to always clean up after myself and am pretty quiet. I spend most of my time gaming or just quietly watching my shows, and taking care of pepper and Alice. Pepper unfortunately cannot be spayed and goes into heat often due to a kidney disease and will meow alot, but she is super sweet and loves everyone and will talk to you, shes trained, and also will pretty much keep to herself.
