Beautiful Light-filled Room

Hello!
I have a spare room available in my beautiful, light filled unit in Maidstone.
The room is a medium size bedroom, partly furnished with a double bed and a bedside table & lamp. The room has large built in wardrobes and there is enough space in the room to add a desk if required.
The unit is a two bedroom, one bathroom unit with an open plan kitchen and living space, European laundry and a small courtyard. The house is fully furnished. There is a small driveway that can hold one car, however there is plenty of street parking right in front of the house if necessary.
The area is nice and quiet, and all my neighbours are lovely and supportive. It's a nice community feel.
It's a 5-minute walk to a bus stop that goes directly to Victoria University Footscray Park Campus and Footscray Station (two stops from the Melbourne CBD).
It's a 17-minute walk to the closest shopping district Central West, that has a Coles, Aldi, butcher, fine foods grocer, hairdressers, nail salon and massage parlour as well as some cafes/restaurants.

My name is Lana, I'm a queer femme creative in my early 30s currently studying at VU whilst also working as a disability support worker.
I'm a pretty low-key person, outside of studying and working, I usually like to chill at home with my dog. I like hiking, trying out new arts and crafts or watching a new TV series. Occasionally, I like going out or having friends over for a tea/wine or dinner but this isn't a regular occurrence.
My dog Stella is a 9-year-old Kelpie x German Shepherd. She's medium size and a very timid and sweet dog, she great around people and other dogs. She enjoys scratches and loves eating anything she can get her paws on. She's usually with me wherever I go, including work and when she's at home, you'll find her sleeping in the cupboard in my room.
I'm looking for an housemate that:
- Is progressive/does not tolerate bigotry
- Is super clean/considerate (particularly in the shared spaces)
- Is chill
- Enjoys keeping to themselves but will occasionally enjoy sharing a wine/tea/dinner every once in a while
