I’ll be in Belfast Monday to Friday and commuting back to work at Medtronic in Galway over the weekends, so I’ll be out on Friday evenings and return Sundays/early Monday. The residence is located in the Moncton Hospital Area, between McSweeney Ave & Churchill St, and is a 1-2 minute walk to the Moncton Hospital & Bus Stop. Current Availability: 3 XL private rooms available for $850, 1 medium private room $775, 2 dormitory rooms $625, In the event of a couple wishing to occupy an XL room it is $1200. THE IDEA HOUSE-MATES MUST BE: • CLEAN • QUIET • RESPONSIBILE • CONSIDERATE OF FELLOW HOUSE-MATES • RESPECTFUL of RULES, including, however not limited to CLEANING COMMON AREAS following use, and observation of quite time 8:00PM - 8:00AM.
